Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you and your pup to be happy. You may return or exchange eligible products
within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include
proof of purchase. Certain items (e.g., wipes and/or opened products) are final sale for
safety and hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, email friends@ecopawpups.com with
your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after
inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
California residents retain all rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act
(CLRA) and other applicable consumer laws.
